Tuesday Post

The new Matrixes (pronounced MAY-tri-ces according to Len, who is nearly always right about those things) have started as of 9:30 this morning. Other than that, a pretty average week, we’re all excited about the destination of our spring trip: Alaska! (I was sick on Friday so I didn’t find out about it until yesterday – I don’t know if it was posted.) Another one of our classmates has celebrated her Bat Mitzvah (that’s Amy). The specimen this week is a hawk’s wing that Max found on a hike with his mother. Fortunately he had a pen knife in his pocket. It is a definite challenge to draw. Portfolios are continuing (major ick) but I think that just about everyone is on top of their work. Oh, and we can use the computer lab now for work and stuff.
