Hello from Max’s Class! This is the (short) week before Grandpeople’s Day and Thanksgiving, so we are mostly preparing for this. The class is making cards for their grandparents (or grandparent type people), and all the ones that I’ve seen have been awesome, and really thoughtful. In honor of Thanksgiving, we are creating ‘trees’ of hope that show everything we are thankful for. All the money that kids got trick-or-treating for UNICEF is now in, and our class spent the morning counting up all the change from the little orange boxes. All of us who are coming to Grandpeople’s Day are looking forward to seeing the grandparents and other relatives, and everybody is looking forward to having the rest of the week off.
