Hello from Max’s class! Portfolios are continuing (major ick) but I think that just about everyone is on top of their work. Each of us has included a reading record, writing record, and best/worst work. Thursday night is opening night for The Matchmaker. The cast and crew are hard at work getting ready. You can tell who was a techie or a cast member last night by a simple test – if they are very sleepy then they probably were. In addition, we are starting up on our writing again. The class is divided into 4 writing groups with Max and Katie to work on our latest writing pieces. This week, those are the ‘Write to Lead’ assignments. Max taught us some great facts about weather and we got to try out the ‘sling psychrometers’ which measure relative humidity. Personally, I think “Sling Psychrometer” would be an awesome name.
