Hello everybody, blogger CA here!
The week has only just begun here in Max's class. We had Monday off for a Teacher Work Day, giving us all great long weekends. After a confusing day of Agendas, plaster figures, and matrixes, it's good to finally be done with it all. I am writing to you from home, where homework is going smoothly!
Our art assignment this week involves plaster, foil, paint, glitter, and a random word. What could be more Logan? The project is to create a small human figure that represents a noun, adjective, or verb in some way. You can decorate it to your hearts content, with any materials you choose. I'll make sure to post some pictures once we finish them on Friday!
Apart from units, our other major piece of work this week is our Alaska Lessons. As you may or may not know, our class is going on a 10 day trip to Alaska, and in preparation for it, we are each giving a lesson to the rest of the class. There was a wide variety of topics to choose from, ranging from native people, to mountains, to sea life. It's a big project, but we're all doing great on it!
OK, I'm signing off for now! See you all on Friday!
