Today was our first matrices which I quite enjoyed. My three "new" matrices are study hall, Badminton!, and the Modern Rock Ensemble, Or as it has become know around the less formal Logan community, Rock Band!. The Rock Band is a year long matrix, therefore It is not really new. Two of our fellow instrumentalists in the Rock Band began the quarter on their spring overnight to North Carolina and Virginia, so they were absent from participating in the matrix today. For study hall, myself and three other students, have taken on the project of creating a video yearbook about the school year. We have all been given a study hall in that period to work on that project. We are making very good progress, so that should be near completion soon. Badminton is pretty self explanatory. It is an hour dedicated to playing badminton, which is a logan favorite, and improving on our skills. I would consider myself to be a fairly talented badminton player, so I enjoy rallying as opposed to playing for a winner, as I get to polish my skills, and the attitude of the game is more relaxed.
