Wow. This week has been fun. First we were supposed to do a painting. Except we don’t have to do specific objects. All we have to do is listen to music and paint. This may sound easy, but it really wasn’t. Personally I think that after about 20 repetitions the song gets boring. I was ready to quit when I was finished. When I was first working it was fun though. Being able to just sit and listen and paint what I want without trying to make it look like something.
We had 3 star fish or sea stars to draw for our specimen this week, and we had to choose one. I chose one that is large and relatively simple; most people seemed to choose that one. The second one was small and red-copper in color. It was very bumpy and moderately difficult to draw. I think that was the one that was the least drawn. The last star fish was a small white one with very many points. It was probably the second most difficult in my opinion most people seem to think it was the hardest. People did it because they wanted to challenge themselves.
We got our test score today. We got the results from the weather test that we have been working on the test for about two or three weeks. Each week we had a lesson and then on Wednesday night we began to study. Thursday before lunch we had our test.
